Are there any lodging options other than the Sundance resort?

We would recommend staying on site at the resort as the closest available lodging is otherwise relatively far away. Note that Sundance Mountain Resort is a very popular winter destination! We highly recommend securing a room reservation now as the resort will fully book on peak winter weekends. If your plans change for one reason or another rooms are cancelable 60 days or more prior to check-in.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes! Just please be sure to let us know in your RSVP :)

Can I bring my children?

Our wedding events will unfortunately not be kid-friendly. However, if you are planning to make this a family winter vacation the resort’s Snowsports School offers kids programs, and the resort can help guide you on other options for children’s activities. For childcare, the best service to use is Park City Sitters. You can book directly or the Sundance Resort Concierge can also help to arrange.

Will you be able to accommodate allergies / dietary restrictions?

Absolutely - please make sure to indicate any restrictions in your RSVP.

Does Sundance allow snowboarders?

Yes! Multiple members of our immediate family snowboard so you will be in good company.

Does Sundance have a ski rental shop?

Yes! For all outdoor activities the resort can set you up with the equipment you will need.

How do I schedule activities?

Lift tickets can be purchased same-day (at our discounted group rate of $109). It is recommended to book other activities 24-48 hours in advance as instructors are scheduled based on bookings. Do you have a registry?

We do not have a registry! We feel the greatest gift is your attendance. We understand that it’s a long way to travel, particularly given the demands on everybody’s time! So thank you for being with us and no gifts needed.
