Are there any lodging options other than the Sundance resort?

We would recommend staying on site at the resort as the closest available lodging is otherwise relatively far away. Please see the housing tab for details, and feel free to reach out to Lindsay or Sam with any questions / concerns.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes! Just please be sure to let us know in your RSVP :)

Can I bring my children?

Our wedding events will unfortunately not be kid-friendly. However, if you are planning to make this a family winter vacation please reach out to the resort who can help guide you on childcare and the many options for children’s activities!

For booking housing - what if I don’t know if I can come yet?

Sundance Mountain Resort is a very popular winter destination! If you are considering coming, we highly recommend securing a room reservation now as the resort will fully book on peak winter weekends. If your plans change for one reason or another rooms are cancelable 60 days or more prior to check-in. We will need a final RSVP by November 1st which is before that window anyways!

Will you be able to accommodate allergies / dietary restrictions?

Absolutely - please make sure to indicate any restrictions in your RSVP.

Does Sundance allow snowboarders?

Yes! Multiple members of our immediate family snowboard so you will be in good company.

Does Sundance have a ski rental shop?

Yes! For all outdoor activities the resort can set you up with the equipment you will need.
